What happens next
When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material promptly and make a reasonable effort to notify whoever posted it.
Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@ps2bioslab.com that includes your contact information, identifies the removed material and where it appeared, and states, under penalty of perjury, that you believe it was removed in error. We will follow the process the law requires before restoring anything.
Repeat infringers
We may remove access for anyone who repeatedly posts infringing material.
Good faith
Please only send a notice for material you genuinely own or are authorized to represent. False claims carry legal consequences.
